Our basic registration forms require Users to provide some contact information, which may include Your name, email address, location, and password (i.e. mainly for accessing the IntelliGolf course database). We use this information to allow you to access the IntelliGolf course database and to contact You about the products on our Website in which You have expressed interest or about enhancements or changes to the Website and/or to IntelliGolf, Incís products.
In Your use of the Website or IntelliGolf, Incís mobile or desktop applications, we may store such information on our servers. We post reviews on our Website, which may contain Personal Information such as the userís name or the customer's name. We try to obtain the userís or customer's consent prior to posting the review to post their name along with their review, but such consent is not required.

When You register for our Website (mainly for accessing the IntelliGolf course database), we use Your email address to send You internal communications from IntelliGolf, Inc. If you are receiving email communications from us and later change Your mind, You may contact us to have Your name removed from our distribution lists. You may opt-out of any of our communications. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate from which distribution lists You would like to have Your name removed. Please be advised that removing yourself from our newsletter distribution list will also remove your access privileges to the IntelliGolf course database.
